BESPOKE WORKSHOPS TAILORING PROCESS

All our workshops are handcrafted with the utmost care and attention to detail, we do not use Artificial Intelligence to create any of our soft skills material, because we honour, respect, and value our own human creativity.  We do not believe in a one size fits all approach because each organisation we work with is so unique and authentic.

 

We provide all our clients with the option to either take a generic 'off the shelf' workshop or have the workshop specifically tailored to your individual soft skills training requirements - specifically designed to your organisational and training needs.

Your financial investment will vary depending upon the amount of tailoring your soft skills training workshops require.

PHASE ONE

We meet with you either face to face or online to learn what your current soft skills development and educational needs are.

PHASE TWO

Once we have a clear understanding of your soft skills training requirements, we then carefully tailor each session that you have requested to your specific training objectives and learning outcomes.

PHASE THREE

We deliver the soft skills training either in person, online or hybrid depending upon your preferences and business needs.

PHASE FOUR

We follow-up with you to assess how successful have our soft skills workshops been, in bringing about tangible change, transformation and transcendence in the mindset, thought processes, attitudes, behaviour and interactions of your employees.

WORKBOOKS

All workbooks and material are printed by your organisation in-house. We email everything to you. Or if you prefer we can use a digital format thus saving your printing costs whilst respecting the environment. If you choose the digital route, then each participant needs access to a laptop or private computer at the workshop.  We can incorporate your business logo and branding on all our teaching and learning material should you require us to.

PARTICIPANTS / WORKSHOP ATTENDEES

For all face to face workshops we will accept up to 15 people. We are aware that sometimes you may need a few more employees to attend so we cap our workshops at 20 participants. We will not accept any more than 20 attendees in any given face to face workshop, because the facilitator is unable to provide essential one-on-one support, during the session to more than 20 people. Also please be aware that if you are wanting more than 15 participants in any given session this will increase the length of that particular workshop.

(If you require more than 15 people to attend the workshop then there is an extra per participant investment to be made. Please ask your Account Manager to explain this tariff to you and all other technical aspects of our workshop design process).
