OVERVIEW
Sam, a Senior Estimator, at a Property Developer organisation had requested coaching to help her build better relationships, deal with conflict, and develop her confidence in regards to Team Management, so that she could support her team to improve services and increase sales. She also wanted to work on her work communication challenges, which were highlighted through an internal HR performance review, especially around delegation.
APPROACH
Initially we assessed the soft skills strengths and challenges that Sam has. Then we combined our findings with that of her internal HR Performance Review. Having a clear focus of the direction we need to take we agreed clear outcomes for the 12 week coaching program. We investigated Sam's internal values, belief system, skills, strengths and mindset. We completed activities to raise her level of self-awareness, self -understanding and emotional intelligence, of what is holding her back when it comes to communicating clearly and confidently with her team members.
Sam learnt which of her beliefs were holding her back and the effect this was having on her and her team. She replaced these with more positive, assertive, effective and efficient modes of communication which would go on to help her achieve her Performance Management Goals.
We also invested some Self Confidence, Self Esteem, Time Management and Discovering the Real You, tools and techniques to support Sam communicate more effectively and confidently whilst managing her own and her team’s performance.
CONCLUSION
At the end of the program Sam said that the coaching had helped her ‘take more control of her professional career’. She reported feeling more confident and content, and was achieving more win-win outcomes in both business and in her personal relationships too. After the 12 week program was completed, after one month we assessed , where her soft skills capabilities were at, right now. This is what Sam had to say.

OVERVIEW
Jose came to Lightworks Solutions wanting to increase his self awareness of what is holding him back in his professional acting career in the Spanish Market. He has already began establishing himself as a force to be reckoned with on the small screen in Spain and the Canary Islands, and has notably taken on some very powerful roles and projects. Now he wants to aim higher and win larger more lucrative roles, becoming more prolific in the acting world.
APPROACH
First, we analysed his current soft skills strengths and challenges, where is he struggling the most? Then we agreed clear outcomes for the coaching and created a unique 12 week program specifically tailored to his learning needs and objectives.
We completed powerful practical exercises to raise his level of consciousness, self-awareness, self -understanding and emotional intelligence, of what is holding him back when it comes to developing a powerful relationship with himself?
Jose learnt how his mindset was interfering with his levels of confidence and the effect this was having on him securing larger acting projects. He began to transform how he views himself and replaced his inner insecurities with a more profoundly positive mindset. He began to clear out his outmoded way of thinking and seeing himself and he experienced a very powerful self-transformation.
We also invested in some Self Validation, Releasing Inner Fear, Accessing you Inner Power and Eradicating Self Sabotage techniques allowing him to see himself as the amazing actor he actually is. These soft skills tools and techniques supported Jose to really begin seeing himself as a powerful being who is capable of achieving his acting goals with ease, clarity and precision.
CONCLUSION
At the end of the program Jose said that the coaching had helped him to fully understand how his mindset had been holding him back and that now he could very clearly see his own capabilities, whereas before the coaching, he could not and as a consequence has career was not moving forward whereas now it is. He reported feeling at peace and at one within himself, and was achieving more win-win outcomes in both business and personal relationships.
