Benefits of Cultivating Work Life Balance There is a follow-up workshop available for those who would like to be assessed on how well they have adapted to their new Work / Life Balance discipline. This workshop takes place 6 weeks after this initial session. Giving you time to cultivate and practice your new found mindset, behaviour and work/life balance tools.
