MENTAL & EMOTIONAL SELF REGULATION THREE OR TWO DAY WORKSHOP / HALF DAYS or can be tailored to your specific business needs Self-regulation is the ability to understand and manage your own behaviour and reactions. We would normally begin learning this when we are toddlers and preschoolers. Strategies of self-regulation can allow individuals to increase future success by controlling impulsive behaviors and/or evaluating the consequences of actions.
